Over sixty years ago, a trip to Portugal inspired our rooster logo. Many businesses would place a wooden rooster outside of their doors to indicate they were open for business. To locals, the rooster symbolizes honesty, integrity, trust, and honor. These are values that were important to us as the company got started and will continue to be as we grow into the future.
